I am one of the few Solicitors on the Isle of Wight who still deals with Employment Law. I am comfortable advising from the point of view of either Employer or Employee. In the past I have conducted a number of Preliminary and Final Tribunal Hearings. I have also been hired to carry out independent internal HR investigations, as well as workplace mediation in order to try to resolve issues before they escalate. 

My main current areas of Employment Law expertise, relate to negotiations, advice and action regarding Dismissal (fair, unfair and constructive), redundancies and disciplinary / grievance. I am particularly busy when it comes to Settlement Agreements for both Employer and Employee. Given my lengthy experience as a representative for both Employers and Employees, and with additional training as a mediator, I am perfectly placed to consider any employer/employee disputes from both sides and to give pragmatic advice in order to result in the best reasonable outcome.
