I am always willing to attend the Family and County Courts in Newport, Isle of Wight as an agent Solicitor. I have been attending the Courts regularly since 1997. I deal very regularly with Children and Family Finance cases, but have a good background in most areas of civil litigation. Having conducted a number of final hearings, Employment Tribunals and also dealt with Criminal law for a period of time, I am comfortable at receiving instructions at short notice and dealing with things “on my feet”. I will always be happy to agree a fixed fee (no VAT will apply).
